Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full product refund or exchange for the same item.

RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Purchases made between October 1 and December 31 qualify for the holiday return policy and may be returned through January 31. Products must be in their original condition.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). To begin the process, please request an RMA#. This number must be written on the outside of the return carton and included with a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package.

Processing of returns may take 7–14 business days once received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (incorrect or defective item).

Sale items are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipment. Any breakage should be reported within 5 business days for a replacement or credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

Freight Truck deliveries: Please inspect all items prior to accepting delivery. If the product appears damaged, refuse the shipment and request assistance immediately.

Online purchases from willowtreethe.com cannot be returned to third-party stores, and third-party purchases cannot be returned online. Store purchases must be returned directly to the original store.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please request a Return Authorization Number so the product can be replaced or credited.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Items purchased between October 15 and December 25 may be returned through January 31 of the following year, provided the standard return conditions are met.
